The scholarship is set to encourage outstanding students of the department to publish papers abroad. Graduate students and oral speakers are given priority. 1. According to the time of the conference, the conference from October to February of the next semester is accepted, and the conference from March to September is accepted in the following semester. 2. The subsidy may include air tickets, registration fees, living expenses, etc. The amount of subsidy is limited to NT$ 20,000 in Asian regions and NT$40,000 in non-Asian regions. |

Any student who has the following incidents during the school period may apply:
1. Students hospitalized for more than seven days due to injuries or have accidentally died. 2. Student parents (guardians) suffered significant injuries or deaths, or suffered major accidents, which caused the family economy to be in trouble and affected the students’ study. 3. In other special cases, those in urgent need of assistance. |

This scholarship is designed to encourage teachers and students of the department to attend the international academic conference to publish conference papers, subsidize full-time teachers, graduate students in the doctoral and master’s classes, and associate graduate students of the department.
